I had a little bit of trouble with one of my earrings as it wasn’t clicking in securely. This really has never happened! I contacted their team and they were super quick to reply and help me fix the problem. Ultimately they ended up sending me a free hoop in replacement to my other one. Their earrings are seriously the best. I have the world’s most sensitive ears and have not had a single reaction to their earrings. Little bit of scuffs here and there but I’ve had their earrings for years. I will never switch to another brand!

Super fast shipping and good quality products plus packaging. The only downside is that it is a little pricy. Maybe bundles where you can build your own ear stack would be good? Like 3 sets for $100, 5 for $150 etc because I paid $140 for three sets which seemed a bit steep. Either the bundles or major sales would definitely make buying from here more desirable!!!
