Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Every Rapunzille order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia studio.
We proudly ship worldwide every business day, including express shipping to the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, New Zealand and many other countries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We ship to customers across the globe with tracked shipping available on all orders. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on where you live.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Australia: 2–4 business days
- Australia Express: 1–2 business days
- USA Express: approximately 5 business days
- United Kingdom: around 5 business days
- Canada: approximately 7 business days
- Europe: around 5 business days
- New Zealand: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimated transit times and customs processing or carrier delays may occasionally occur.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely.
Every order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel from our Melbourne studio all the way to your doorstep.
You'll receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
For most destinations, any applicable import duties and taxes are covered or collected as part of the shipping process, so you shouldn't have any unexpected charges on delivery.
In some cases, however, your local customs authority may select a parcel for inspection and charge a customs inspection or processing fee. These inspections are outside of Rapunzille's control and are determined solely by your country's customs agency.
If you're charged a customs inspection or processing fee, simply email us a copy of your receipt. Where applicable, we'll happily refund the inspection fee once proof of payment has been received.

Can I change my shipping address?

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes.
Many of our earrings are specifically designed with sensitive ears in mind.
Our Implant Grade Titanium collection is completely nickel free and ideal for those who experience irritation from lower quality metals.
We also offer genuine sterling silver and solid gold collections for customers looking for premium jewellery materials.
Is your jewellery nickel free?
Our Implant Grade Titanium jewellery is completely nickel free.

Is sterling silver waterproof?
Our plain sterling silver jewellery is suitable for everyday wear.
For gold plated sterling silver pieces, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, perfumes, harsh chemicals and salt water to maximise the life of the plating.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Quality jewellery lasts significantly longer than fashion jewellery.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidise over time, which can easily be polished away.
Gold plated jewellery will gradually wear depending on how often it's worn and your individual skin chemistry.

Most of our cartilage jewellery is available in the standard piercing sizes used by professional piercers.

What are flat back earrings?
Flat back earrings replace the traditional butterfly backing with a smooth flat disc.

What's the difference between internally threaded and threadless jewellery?
