Additional Carrier Charges

If your local courier or customs authority requests additional delivery charges, duties, taxes, or processing fees to release your parcel, we kindly ask that you pay these charges to avoid delays or the parcel being returned to us.

Where these charges are reasonable and directly related to the delivery of your Rapunzille order, we will happily reimburse you in full. Simply email our customer service team with a copy of your payment receipt or proof of payment, and we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

If a parcel is refused at the delivery point and is subsequently returned to Rapunzille, this does not constitute a return, refund or cancelation of your order. Once the parcel has arrived back with us, additional shipping fees will be required before the parcel can be resent to you.
